Shipping: 
At the moment, we are not offering shipped items. You can order items online for in-store pickup, free of charge!
 

General Merchandise: 

All online sales are final. Should a garment not fit to your liking, unworn, undamaged merchandise may be exchanged for a different size while supplies last. 


Applied Science Jackets: 

Due to the custom nature of each jacket, and the fact that each one is made to order off site, CEO has a strict no return policy for applied science jackets.


Custom Orders: 

CEO is unable to process refunds for custom merchandise as each order undergoes extensive customization. Please review the order confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct and contact your sales rep with any questions you may have!
