Shipping:

We now offer shipping for orders ACROSS CANADA! Please note that the shipping date estimate provided upon checkout is not guaranteed.

Note: Order for pickup at CEO office will always be available as well.

General Merchandise:

All online sales are final. Should a garment not fit to your liking, unworn and undamaged merchandise may be exchanged for a different size while supplies last. Please note that shipped items may only be exchanged in person at the CEO office.

Applied Science Jackets:

Due to the custom nature of each jacket, and the fact that each one is made to order off site, CEO has a strict no return policy for applied science jackets.

Custom Orders:

CEO is unable to process refunds for custom merchandise as each order undergoes extensive customization. Please review the order confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct and contact your sales rep with any questions you may have!
